Questions leaders ask.
What is the Human Equity Index™, in one sentence?
A score from 0 to 100 that measures how much of your people’s capacity your environment actually puts to work, with the one first move to release more of it.
Who scores?
Your leaders: typically the executive team and senior managers. Each scores independently, about the environment they lead. The index does not rate individual employees.
How long does it take?
The preview takes about five minutes. In the full diagnostic, each leader rates 45 statements and five activation factors in one sitting. The re-score comes 90 days later.
How is it different from an engagement survey?
An engagement survey asks people how they feel. The HEI asks leaders what is true about the environment, turns it into one deterministic score, and names a single first move. Many organizations use both.
What does AI do, and not do?
AI may write the narrative of your report and explain results in plain language. It never computes, rounds or changes a score, and never chooses the band, the archetype or the first move. Those come from a fixed calculation.
Do we need to share financial data?
No. Unrealized Human Equity is measured in people, from headcount alone. If you choose to share loaded labor cost, the report adds a cost line.
How is our data protected?
Results are kept separate for each organization, participants are told what is collected and why, and you can request export or deletion of your data at any time.
Will the score be comparable next quarter?
Yes. The same ratings always produce the same score, so a change in the number reflects a change in what leaders see, not a change in the method.
What happens after we get the score?
You agree the first move in a readout, a named leader owns it for the quarter, and the team re-scores after 90 days to see what moved.
A number alone is a verdict. The first move makes it usable.
